My recipe for iced tea: Ceylon Black Tea Leaves Dried Parsley Rosehips Lemon Juice Lime Juice Clover Honey
Black tea has antioxidants which are great for your everything. Parsley helps with bloating and stomachaches. Rosehips boost your immune system. Lemon & lime juices are great for cleansing your gallbladder. Honey is good for making your tea sweet, and I'm sure it is good for other things which have escaped my mind tonight.
No specific doses are supported by well-designed clinical trials. In general, 2 teaspoons of cider vinegar have been taken in 1 cup water three times daily. Also, 285-milligram tablets have been taken with meals
