This article explains the science of proprioception and how restrictions in our fascia can limit ROM and/or cause pain. Not being a scientist nor biologist I must read every paragraph 3 or 4 times, but it is leads to many many thoughts of ways to alleviate some of my difficulties. Moco, I think you will like this!
