Yes. It’s good. But DO NOT overdose on it. It can make you sick as a dog. I gave some capsules to a sleep-deprived friend once, warning him to take only one capsule. Did he listen? No. He took two. He had a thouroughly miserable night, and later confessed his foolishness to me. It made him “loopy”,...nothing fun about it.
my synopsis of kava kava after using for one day(2 doses of 1 capsule each): I seem to be afflicted by an inner tension, feels like it is a deep tendon somewhere that almost never feels relaxed in shoulder chest area. kava kava seems to be able to calm that tension like nothing else I have tried. also promotes sleep and relaxation and a overall good feeling, maybe self assured is a word that fits. nothing overpowering just a nice feeling, calming.
Sam, that “shoulder chest area” tension that you are feeling...please google “liver flush”. There are lots of variiations. I use Hulda Clark’s, but any will probably work. (Just don’t use coca-cola, as is sometimes suggested. That would be dumb.) PM me before you actually do one. Youl likely have gallstones or liver stones.
