Thank you so much. we will try to apply this idea. Lαrα,
Lαrα, great ideas! kazi, I love the air soccer, and balloons are also helpful--flute sound just a bonus! Singing is what I use for respiratory workout, even though my voice is awful. Perhaps you could have people sing in small groups, like trios or quartets. You can get simple arrangements over internet, at least in some styles. Thank you for sharing your work with us.
yesterday we try that two item, our participant enjoyed a lot.
This is great to hear kazi, keep up the great work! I know i have mentioned this before but why not invite the carers to the centre to see the activities that you are involving the patients in. If an exercise can be implemented into their daily care plan i feel this would be a great advantage and benefit further for the individuals from the amazing work you are doing.
Thank you, wavewolf, can you share some link about that type of group.
If you know the name of a composer whose work is no longer under copyright, you can search for vocal compositions here and print out the scores: imslp.org/
Or, you can record an accompanying vocal part and have an individual sing the tune along with it for more popular songs, where you would only need to provide the text. Not everyone reads music, I know! YouTube is a great source for music to sing along with.
