For those that are wondering if there are clinical trials in your area whether they're upcoming or in progress, you can easily search it up on the ClinicalTrials.gov website! Once you're on the website you'll see a box that says "Search for Studies" as seen below -
In the search box you can enter things like "spinal cord injury research Canada (or wherever you're from)".
I was surprised with how many trials were going on here locally so for those that are interested, be sure to give it a try!

What is the purpose of the study? We are investigating whether using an exoskeleton robotic device or a body weight supported treadmill improves gait speed in individuals with incomplete SCI.
What will participation involve? -An intensive 12 week training program with either the EKSO or on the BWST -Therapy 3 days per week, 1 hour per session -4 evaluation visits (baseline, 6 weeks, 12 weeks, 24 weeks). Who should apply? Individuals may be eligible who meet the following criteria: -Incomplete SCI (1+ year post injury) -Injury level C1-T10 -Able to ambulate at least one step -Between 18-75 years of age
